The Visitors Centre
The Visitor Centre tells the multi-faceted story of diamonds, this includes the stories of the people who sought them, the tools they used, and the wealth they generated.
From the Visitor Centre guests have the opportunity to join a tour with a site guide. No booking necessary for individuals and families.
- No firearms or pets are allowed on the premises.
- The Big Hole South Africa Facility is wheelchair friendly.
- Qualified First Aid Staff on duty throughout the day.

Entrance Fees (as at March 2026)
Bookings are only required for groups of 20 or more.
Special Rates are available for Schools, Adult, Student and Pensioner Groups.
Our tours start promptly at 9am and every hour thereafter.
Please allow 10 minutes before the tour to purchase your ticket on site.
